Prices have gone up since the making of this video. Kilns start at around $1,000, and a Flexible Shaft begins at $400.

Mitsubishi withdrew from the Metal Clay industry and ceased manufacturing its products in March 2023. It was the largest supplier worldwide, at one point certifying Metal-Clay Artisans and Instructors. Kris stocked up on clay while she tried every clay on the market. So far, We Make Hope (purchasable on Amazon but not always available) and Art Clay are her favorites.
